Consider joining me TODAY on this journey as we LEARN and CHALLENGE ourselves to make choices with what we put IN and ON our bodies.
I am a student at Wesleyan School in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, and am representing West Georgia in the Miss America's Outstanding Teen Competition.
In the 4th grade, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease called Celiac Disease. From that point on, I have almost been forced to read labels and ingredients on food packages and even beauty or healthcare products. This launched my journey to making what are now called #CLEANANDGREEN choices. #CLEANANDGREEN is about mindfulness and make decisions that will have a positive impact on your health. As what we put on and in our bodies can have a BIG impact on our mental and physical health.
I believe that I can share my story to help inform and encourage other young women and those in my community to make simple changes to their everyday. Small choices, when multiplied can have a BIG impact!
